The Job : As a key part of the HR team & reporting to the HR Manager, you will be tasked with a range of duties including employee engagement & HR query resolution, running both internal & external recruitment processes, implementing new HR procedures, managing training/L&D initiatives, assisting senior colleagues on HR projects & preparing in-depth HR reports & metrics for departmental management groups. Your Skills/Experience that we need 3rd level degree qualified in HR, business studies or a related discipline. 2+ years’ experience in a HR or related role. Experienced gained in a manufacturing/engineering environment would be an advantage but is not essential. Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel. Excellent attention to detail & inter-personal skills. Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on projects. The Offer : Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but expected to be approx. 38-40k with excellent benefits including significant pension contribution, private health care, 24 days annual leave & other benefits/incentives.
