Sales & Business Development Manager, Corporate Sales Team. Are you an experienced  professional looking for a challenging new job in the multinational sector? Our client, a market leading US Multinational in the financial services sector, are now recruiting for a Sales & Business Development Manager, Corporate Sales Team, to join their Limerick team on a permanent basis. The Role: The Sales & Business Development Manager will drive corporate sales, commencing as soon as possible. The ideal candidates will be fluent in English and French, and able to demonstrate strong Sales, Business Development, Communication and Negotiation skills, have an interest in Corporate Governance and ESG issues, and have the desire and ability to learn quickly.  Some prior experience in the ESG research space, and particularly with proxy voting, would be helpful but is not a requirement as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will focus on supporting revenue objectives for public company customers and contributing to the firm-wide effort to maximize customer retention and success.  This role is commission-eligible and will have direct client responsibilities and you will also consult with team members to support public company engagement initiatives. Skills and Experience that we need: ·      Fluency in English and French is essential. Spanish and any other European languages are highly desirable. ·      Successful in previous ‘Hunter’ type sales roles with a proven track record and demonstrable work experience. ·      Successful in selling a subscription-based service is advantageous. ·      Understanding of multiple methods of lead generation. ·      Ability to work autonomously to solve problems in a flat organization. ·      Organized, efficient, accountable, and comfortable in a deadline-driven environment. ·      Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot and CRM practices. ·      Initiative-taking and target driven. ·      Strong people skills to build collaborative internal relationships across the organization, and external relationships with clients and partners. ·      Excellent C-Suite Presentation, writing and communications skills. ·      Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. ·      Coordinate overall sales effort with team members and other departments. ·      Provide management with feedback on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. ·      Identify sales trends and opportunities to improve processes by analyzing internal and external data. ·      Relevant undergraduate degree required. ·      5+ years of relevant work experience. ·      Experience in the field of ESG / corporate governance preferred but not essential.   The Offer: This is a permanent position and salary will be €70K -75K annually, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications, plus an excellent full benefits package on offer.   How to Apply : If you are interested in applying, or want to know more about this job, please contact, Orlaigh FitzGerald-Quinn in CPL Limerick on. 085 8017135 or email your CV to Candidates with restricted Visa’s or Non-EU citizens will not be considered for the role.
