Marketing Manager. Are you an experienced Marketing Manager, ideally with excellent experience and passion from the interiors /home furnishings sector, who needs a new challenge? Or are you now looking to take the next step in your career? Our client, a high-quality furniture supplier chain, based in Limerick city, are seeking to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager to join their expanding team. The Role: As the Marketing Manager, you will be a key part of the marketing team focusing on duties such as creating, promoting & enhancing the brand, driving new marketing initiatives & utilising innovative marketing tools & strategies to drive the best possible business outcomes. In addition to the above, you will also analyse market & competitor trends, support development of the company website & social media strategy, report extensively on commercial/marketing KPI’s & manage networking events & product launches. Due to significant expansion plans this job offers the successful person a genuine change & opportunity to shape the marketing function of a highly successful company. Your Skills/Experience that we need: · 3rd level degree in Marketing/Business or a similar discipline. · 2-3+ years in a marketing management/ executive role. · Experience gained in the interiors/ furniture industry would be a distinct advantage. · Excellent analytical skills & ability to interpret data & market research. · Self-motivation & passion will be key in this hire. · Web site management – Manage web content and SEO for key product/company ranges. · Manage lead generation through marketing analysis, lead generation campaigns & research. · Support the Sales team through market research & analysis of opportunities and threats. · Participate in marketing and sales focussed meetings within the organisation. · Excellent ability to interact with clients, colleagues & people across all levels. · Own transport and full clean driving licence as some travel between our stores in Munster is required. The Offer : You will be offered a salary of approx. €30-€35K plus depending on experience plus benefits package and more importantly than that, excellent career growth opportunities while working in great team environment.
