Operations & Stock Administrator. Our client, a market leading employer in the motor sector based in Limerick city, has an immediate opening for an Operations & Stock Administrator. The successful candidate will have the ability to think and take initiative, identify inefficiencies, and have the confidence to make decisions when required. The Role: This role will suit will suit an organised and ambitious candidate who is customer driven with the ability to deal and build relationships with individuals at all levels of the company. As Operations & Stock Administrator you will provide support to the team with all day to day and project requirements, including data updates, logistical and planning requirements, updating systems, monitoring, and maintaining appropriate stock levels. Your Skills/Experience that we need: · Provide support to the team with all day to day and project requirements, including data updates, logistical and planning requirements, updating systems. · Ordering parts, monitoring, and maintaining appropriate stock levels. · Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and adhere to guidelines, budgets, and to work to deadlines · Dealing with day-to-day enquiries via phone and email · Initiative-taking, organised, efficient professional with good IT skills. · Strong customer / client service experience. · Experience in the motor trade an advantage. The Offer This position is a permanent role with salary depending on candidate skills & experience but expected base salary of up to €27K - €29K per annum DOE.
