OFFICE COORDINATOR. Our client, an established market leading Healthcare & Pharmacy supplies company based in Limerick city, which has grown internationally by design innovation in consumer healthcare & pharmacy products, are now looking for an Office Coordinator to join the expanding team. The Job: The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a personable disposition to support the efficient running of the business and will have a natural flexibility in handling day-to-day routines as well as unexpected events.  ·      Manage professional and personal scheduling for the Directors, including calendar, post, calls, travel arrangements, visitor management, and other company logistics. ·      Oversee day-to-day office activities as main point of contact in reception area. ·      Ensure office efficiency by maintaining communal areas, organising procedures, managing correspondence, managing file systems, and ordering of supplies and equipment. ·      HR Support: Management of employee records using HR Information System, job posting, interview scheduling, candidate management etc. Organise induction training and office set-up for new employees. Your Skills /Experience that we need: ·      Minimum of 3 experience in an administrative role reporting directly to senior management. ·      Previous HR administrative experience would be an advantage. ·      Flexible collaborator willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge. ·      Superb written and verbal communication skills. ·      Strong time-management skills and the ability to organise and coordinate multiple projects at once. ·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems. The Offer This position is a permanent role with salary depending on candidate skills & experience but expected base salary of up to €35K - €40K per annum DOE, plus paid leave, and professional development opportunities, while working in a great team environment.  Hours of work are Mon to Thurs 8:30am – 5pm and Friday 8.30am- 4.30pm. Fully on-site role.
