Our client, a long established US multinational in the Shannon region are now expanding their HR team & have engaged with CPL exclusively to fill this role. The Job : Reporting to the HR Director but acting as a key part of the overall EMEA HR team, the successful candidate will provide HR partnering support to managers, departmental leaders & employees across the Shannon site. This will include covering duties such as acting as 1st point of contact on HR queries, developing as well as implementing new HR processes & solutions, comps/bens administration, communicating HR updates to the wider employee pool & taking ownership of HR metrics reporting for delivery to management teams. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree in a HR or a related discipline. 2-3+ years relevant HR experience within a multinational or large scale corporate environment. Experience gained in a manufacturing environment would be a advantage but is not essential. Excellent inter-personal & communications skills. Strong IT skills. The Offer : This position is being offered as an initial 12mth contract basis with view to long-term/perm. Salary range depends on skills/experience but expected to be approx. 40-50k. This role will be a hybrid role but candidates will need to be office based at least 3-4 days per week. Please note we will not consider Non-EU applicants or candidates with restricted visas.
