Accounts Receivable Administrator   Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator with excellent, broad based accounts experience? Our client, a market leading medical services company are now recruiting for their Limerick based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious applicants to grow their career and to gain excellent further experience in a commercial environment so if you are interested, please apply!   The Job: To support the Credit Manager by delivering quality invoices to the customers and providing professional and accurate credit control at all times, maintain up to date billing ensuring that all relevant debtors have been billed by the end of the first working week after month end. Maintain Unresolved appointments on the system. Chase overdue invoices by phone, e-mail within agreed timescales. Accurate allocation of payments / remittances received in from the health insurers and any other debtors on a weekly/monthly basis. Maintain Lodgements made by the various centres. Follow established procedures for processing and recording receipts, credit notes, cheque refunds, adjustments, price changes etc. Investigate and resolve any queries arising from patients, centres, hospitals, debtors, managers, and health insurers as swiftly as possible. Preparation of necessary reports as specified by the Credit Manager and Chief Financial Officer.  The successful candidate will embrace and support any changes in technology and to assist in the implementation and operation of these changes, undertake daily administration tasks, while working within the team to achieve shared goals/targets. Your Skills/ Experience that we need: Ability to work in a challenging environment with changing priorities. Strong communications skills. Proven organisational skills. Evidence of teamwork/ strong collaborator. Deadline focused.   The Offer: This position is a permanent role with a hybrid mix of in-office & working from home/remote. Salary will depend on candidate skills and experience but expected to range up to approx. €32k per annum, with an excellent package on offer of pension, private health cover, education assistance scheme and professional development and ongoing training.
