JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for leading the development and implementation of product strategies for an enterprise-wide product line. This can involve. · Develop, implement, and maintain competitive product platform by conducting market research and customer interviews to identify new products and features. · Partner and communicate with product and technical teams to achieve superior execution of product strategy in the marketplace. · Develop short- and long-term strategic product roadmap in support of market, sales, and profitability objectives. · Identify system needs to support short- and long-term product strategy. · Develop product value propositions and ROI. · Monitor and drive individual product performance. · Provide product leadership in the implementation of change in the US healthcare market which can span market, legislative, policy and network/provider changes across enterprise platforms. · Lead Product requirements sessions, tech reviews, code reviews, partner with architects on architecture discussions and provide inputs and steer the team. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE Relevant undergraduate or postgraduate degree Product Management qualification preferred. 5+ years of equivalent business domain knowledge in Health Care or Insurance industry or comparable desirable Knowledge of data products desirable · Demonstrated results in three or more of the following areas required: Product Development, Market Strategy, Market Research or Risk Management, Programme Management. · Ability to build relationships, influence and inspire trust with colleagues & stakeholders. · Experience with presenting product vision and progress t to a wide range of executive audience is required. · Must demonstrate the ability to influence audience through effective communication skills.
