Product Owner. OVERVIEW Our client is an IT and business consulting healthcare solutions company that specializes in utilizing digital tools to simplify healthcare. They are uniquely positioned to enable enterprises & organizations across technology domains including data analytics, digital technologies, automation & AI and streamlined business processes, with robust infrastructure and fluid operational capacity. Their claims processing, provider data operations, corporate functions, and delivery excellence are some of the most recognized areas in the industry. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Tasks may include: · Responsible for defining and managing the scope of business requirements, including defining. functional and non-functional requirements for AI products. · Analyse business needs through joint refinement sessions, meetings and presentations. · Prepare and maintain documentation including technical requirements. · Act as a liaison between the stakeholders across the business and technical teams including data science. · Lead cross-functional teams to analyse and understand opportunities for technology change. · Understands technical solution design and can communicate solution details to both business and technical peers. · Identify process boundaries and develop opportunities to automate processes and functions. · Build partnerships with stakeholders to provide technical guidance on future system opportunities and enhancements. · Develop requirements artifacts, system process flows and associated diagrams and ensures high level designs including architecture requirements are accurately documented and map to approved requirements. · Conduct activity-based analysis of the system processes and to provide recommendations based on the findings. · Assists in developing training documentation and proactive identification of additional documentation needs. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE · BA/BS degree in business or technical related field, or business equivalent. · 5+ years’ experience gained as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, capturing requirements and developing and visualizing insights based on data. · Stakeholder management with respect to scoping and requirements management. · Understands data structures and can query and compare data to validate against technical solution and business rules. · Experience in Agile methodologies using Scrum framework. · Experience in creating user stories in particular for data products. · Domain knowledge in healthcare, pharmacy or insurance industry desirable For further information or queries, please contact David Bourke, Senior IT Recruitment Consultant, at david.bourke@cpl.ie or 087 2950180.
