Office Administrator.   Are you an experienced Office Administrator, with a strong mix of accounts, customer operations & general administration, who is now looking for a new challenge?   Our client, a leading nationwide supplier of engineering services to the corporate & multinational sector have now engaged exclusively with CPL to fill an upcoming vacancy in their Limerick city-based team so if you are interested, please apply!. The Job :  Working closely the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will be a key part of the administration team, will cover a range of duties including supporting supplier & client invoicing, banking & budget controls, inputting sales & pricing documents, resolving customer enquiries, monitoring deliveries & assisting the wider operations team on any other duties as the arise.   Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level qualified ideally. 2-3+ years’ experience in a similar broad based office administration role. Proven experience in accounts & invoicing would be an advantage. Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications. Exposure to Sage 50 would be an advantage.   The Offer : This position is being offered as a permanent role & salary on offer will depend on skills/experience of the candidate but is expected to be approx. €24-€28k per annum. This role will be primarily office based so candidates ideally will be based in the Limerick region or open to moving here.
