Job title:   Warehouse Operative  Department:  Operations  Location:   Raheen, Limerick   Purpose of Role:  The role of the Warehouse Operator is responsible for performing the physical or combined administrative/physical tasks involved in the storing, counting and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment. Compiles and maintains records as required  Principle Function and Accountabilities:  · Daily Operations  o Verify product received inaccording with Customer and Flex SOP’s.  o Receipt onto custom builtpackage using RF scanners to book and scan freight into correct locations.   o Operating both AS400 &Flex Atlas systems.  o Store and rack in correctlocation as per warehouse procedures.   o Labelling of product.   o Ensure product is ready fordispatch to the correct location.  o Handle released andunreleased goods in accordance with customer’s procedures.   o Reporting of damaged stock.  o Reporting,trouble shooting and quarantine of damaged stock.  o Operation of Manual Handling Equipment and completion of associated pre-checks  o Prepare any shipments or returns to Customer’s Warehouse.  · Customer Focus  o Develop and maintaincustomer interaction standards.   o Communicate effectivelywith customers  o Ability to proactivelyresolve issues with customers   EHS & Quality  o Adherence to Customer and Flex Quality and EHS controls.  o Actively support and participate in Quality, EHS and Regulatory Audits  o Actively partake in training deemed appropriate to the position  o Reporting any breaches in health and safety  o Adhere to Air Cargo Security / Known Consignor requirements  o Adherence to Quality controls and SOPs including Good Documentation Practice(GDP) & Good Manufacturing Practice(GMP) Guidelines  o Adherence to Gowning requirements where applicable  o General upkeep of Warehouse and work area to 5S+1 standards.   Education, Skills & Attributes Required  · Completion of Leaving Certificate, vocational training or equivalent is preferred.   · 1+ years’ experience in a regulated warehouse environment preferred.   · Experience in the use ERP and WMS IT systems a positive  · Knowledge of ISO and cGMP requirements a plus  · Attention to detail & accuracy of work.  · Highest quality standards expected & required.  Interested candidates should submit their CV to Rachel.daly@flex.com referencing Raheen vacancy  Flex Recruitment Notice: https://flex.com/careers/recruitment-notice-english  .
