You will be responsible for supporting their largest clients and target market, and value an integrated ICT service model that facilitates high quality support which exceeds customers' expectations. This role will lead and facilitate that ethos. Customer Service is imperative and is a key differentiator. This role will also lead the further development of the ICT & IOT support models and consistently look at continuous improvement. This will include ensuring training is planned and delivered and the successful candidate will have the ability to foster a learning culture within the team. Keeping the customer at the centre of everything they do means ticket management and robust incident management. What else it involves. Work with the portfolio manager to execute on the overall IoT product & services strategy specifically eUICC and SIM management for Three Business while working collaboratively with the other teams. Deliver on ICT priority projects, product and propositions, working with key stakeholders and selected external partners. Establish a clear view of customer needs, simplifying complex issues and developing appropriate solutions for their needs. Help shape customer requirements and identify product opportunities to expand market share. Ownership & development of our Technical Service Desk capability to support IoT business products. Manage the lifecycle of new product and service development through launch - opportunity assessment, requirements definition, pricing, competitive analysis, development, and product launch. Maintain a constant focus on product quality and improvement. Develop plans to drive sales and profitable relationships with each of our key verticals. Develop and deploy wholesale solutions for IoT technology, creating strategic partnerships with partner firms - both inside and outside the group - structuring & pricing offerings and creating the business case(s) for the services. Stakeholder communication, project teams, PMO and external partners & vendors. Operations Management, working with Internal partners from a commercial, contractual and operational perspective. Work with finance business partners on the key inputs into annual and quarterly budgeting process. Provide timely and adequate management reporting to ensure performance is in line with the operating plan. Relentless customer focus from insight development to product launch & service operational plans. Effective in life management continuously striving to optimise best in class standards for our customers and drive change programmes to achieve these standards. The skills we`re looking for. 5 years relevant experience in a large organisation within an operational Product & Services environment. Strong product management knowledge (Launch, go-to-market, In-life, and end of life) with proven ability to execute best practice. Technical competence across ICT, IOT, telco & mobile networks, eUICC SIM management. High Energy individual with a proven track record of operating in a dynamic, demanding & customer centric environment. Excellent understanding of Mobile technology and trends. Strong leadership, communication, and Interpersonal skills. Strategic Awareness, ability and influencing skills to input and where appropriate shape both the medium- and longer-term strategy of the business. Entrepreneurial drive with appreciation of user-experience and a commercial acumen with the ability to understand how we can exploit revenue streams. Demonstrable experience of gathering design requirements and converting them into a product vision. Experience/track record of working on product innovation. Tenacity and creative thinking. Strong quantitative analytical abilities. Development of presentations and delivery of the same essential.
