Operations Risk Analyst Are you an experienced Risk Analyst with a varied mix of finance, payments & customer focused operations experience? Our client, a major employer in the Shannon region in the financial services/technology sector, are now expanding their team & looking to hire an Operations Risk Analyst. The Job : The Operational Risk Analyst will work closely with Operational Risk Management in order to execute the annual risk-based monitoring and testing plan. You will be responsible for conducting monitoring and testing of controls across the business and will input into the development and maintenance of the risk registers & control processes. You will also support the implementation & enhancement of risk/control systems, prepare KPI reports for management teams & act as a key resource for colleagues on overlapping matters. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level qualified ideally specialising in Economics or a related discipline. 3-4+ years experience in a risk or compliance focused role. Experience from the banking/financial services or legal sectors would be an advantage. Excellent attention to detail & ability to work across diverse functions. Strong IT & reporting skills. The Offer : This position is a permanent role with a hybrid mix of in-office & working from home/remote. Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but an excellent package is on offer of significant base salary, pension, private health cover, educational assistances & annual company bonus.
