Business Development Executive. Our client, a new & rapidly expanding start-up are now looking to further expand their operations team & have exclusively engaged with Cpl to hire an experienced Business Development Executive. Their client list includes some of the world's most high profile organisations such as Meta, Amazon, & Deloitte amongst others. The Job : As a key part of the sales operations team, you will primarily be responsible for developing new clients as well as expanding relationships with existing accounts. As part of this role you will source new business opportunities, provide pricing/quotations for clients, analyse their specific needs, research & report on competitor offerings & market trends, assist on branding/marketing initiatives & deliver on your individual sales/KPI targets as set by management. Your Skills & Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies, marketing or a related discipline. 1-2+ years experience in a similar sales & account management role. Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to engage with corporate clients at all levels of seniority, Proven ability to self-manage & take ownership of sales projects. The Offer : The is a full time/permanent position with base salary, depending on experience/qualifications, of approx. 35-40k with additional bonus/incentives of up to 20k. This role will be a hybrid mix of 3 days in office with 2 days WFH/remote.
