The Job : Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will lead the small HR team & act as the key HR resource/point of contact for management teams across the plant. More specifically you will cover duties including designing & implementing HR policies, managing employee relations issues & queries, overseeing training/L&D programmes, handling recruitment & expansion projects, ensuring compliance on HR systems & lead HR project & change initiatives. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree ideally in HR or related discipline. 2-3+ years broad based experience in a HR Manager role or stand alone Generalist position. Experience gained in an engineering/manufacturing environment would be an advantage but is not essential. Excellent inter-personal & ability to influence. Strong IT skills. The Offer : This position is being offered as a permanent role with salary range depending on experience but expected to be approx. 55k. ***Please note this role will be fully office based in Co Limerick with only occasional capacity to work from home.
