Office Manager. Are you an experienced Office Manager or Senior Administrator who is now looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading nationwide supplier of engineering services to the corporate & multinational sector have now engaged exclusively with CPL to fill an upcoming retirement vacancy in their Limerick city based team so if you're interested, please apply! The Job : Working closely the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be a key part of the operations team & cover a range of duties including running accounts & invoicing processes, taking ownership of banking duties, monitoring sales order processes, tracking budgets & cash flow as well assisting colleagues & departmental managers on any other relevant duties as they arise. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3-4+ years experience in a broad based Office Manager or Senior Administrator role. Experience within the engineering, construction or related sectors would be an advantage. Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications. Experience in Sage 50 would be an advantage. The Offer : This position is being offered as a permanent role & salary on offer will depend on skills/experience of the candidate but is expected to be approx. 32-35k.
