Training / L&D Specialist. Are you an experienced Training or Learning & Development professional who is now looking for a new challenge? Our client, a major global multinational in the pharmaceutical/med tech industry, are now looking to hire a talented, energetic & ambitious individual to join their Co Limerick based HR team.  The Job: As a key part of the HR Team & working closely with the Training Manager, you will cover duties including performing training needs analysis, design & development of training programmes across diverse teams, evaluating post-training feedback/engagement, scheduling external providers to deliver on-site training & coordinating new hire induction programmes. In addition to the above you will also manage training budgets, generate training completion reports for management teams & support training grant application processes for employees returning to education. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified in a relevant field. 3+ years experience in a similar level training/L&D Specialist role. Experience gained in the pharma, medical devices or related sectors would be an advantage. Strong systems knowledge - knowledge of SAP would be an advantage. Creative approach to training design & problem solving. The Offer : This position is being offered as an permanet role & salary is flexible depending on candidate skills & experience but expected to be range 50-60k + a strong benefits package.
