Accounts Associate. Are you an experienced accounts administrator with a strong mix of accounts, finance & compliance administration? Our client, a high profile & major employer in the Shannon region are now expanding across all areas of business & are looking to hire a Accounts Associate to help support this growth. This is an excellent career opportunity & would ideally suit a relatively recent business/finance graduate who is now looking to develop their accounts career with 1 of the leading employers in the Mid-West region. The Job : Reporting to the Accounts Operations Manager, the successful candidate will cover a range of duties including invoice & payment processing, compliance & statutory reporting, bank & supplier reconciliations, updating accounts ledgers & supporting the wider finance team with their month end close duties. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified ideally. 1-2+ years experience in a similar level accounts/financial administration role. Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to multi-task. Strong IT skills - exposure to ERP systems would be an advantage. The Offer : This position is a permanent role with salary depending on candidate skills & experience but expected to range up to approx. 30k + benefits including pension contribution, educational supports, etc. etc. Please note this role will initially be office based in Shannon before moving to a hybrid model with 1-2 days working from home available.
