HRIS Specialist. Our client, a high profile & major employer in the Shannon region, have now engaged with us in CPL to recruit a HRIS Specialist to join the wider HR team and help support a new growth stage. This position is an ideal opportunity for a suitably qualified HR professional who is now looking to further develop or focus their HR career along the HRIS route. The Job : Acting as a key part of the HR team & reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will work across the full spectrum of HRIS duties including managing employee data, updating complex T&A & absence/leave reports, providing HR data to payroll & operations management teams, project managing the roll out of new HR systems, data cleansing & assisting the wider operations teams in their HR duties. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified in a HR or related discipline ideally. 2-3+ years' relevant HR experience in a HRIS, payroll or HR data focused role. Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels. HR project & change implementation experience would be an advantage. Strong IT & reporting skills including T&A systems & MS Office. Experience in using Oracle or Clockwise would be an advantage. The Offer : This position is being offered as a permanent role with salary depending on skills/experience but expected to range to 45k approx. + benefits. ***Please note this role will be a hybrid mix of in-office & remote/WFH so may also suit candidates outside the immediate Shannon region.
