Projects Administrator - Part Time. Are you an experienced administrator with a strong mix of operations & projects administration? Are you now looking for a part-time role to have a better work/life balance? Our client, a Limerick city based engineering & technical services organisation are now expanding their team & looking to hire a Project Administrator on a permanent part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a suitably qualified candidate to continue to develop their skills & career but also while having a better work/life balance as well so if you're interested, please apply! The Job : Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will cover a range of administration duties including documentation control & data management, reporting on stock/inventory availability, managing PO's & proof of delivery dockets, updating compliance reports & supporting the engineering team & project managers with their duties. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level qualified ideally. 4-5 years experience in a similar level administration role. Experience gained in an engineering, technical or logistics environment would be an advantage. Excellent IT & inter-personal skills & ability to multi-task. The Offer : This position is a permanent part time basis of ideally approx. 20hrs per week over 5 mornings. There can be some flexibility on this depending on personal needs. Salary is depending on candidate skills & experience but expected to range 30-35k pro-rata. Please note this will be an office based role so candidates will ideally be living in/within a commuting distance of Limerick city.
