A Validation System Specialist is required by Careerwise recruitment to work with our Limerick based Biotech client. 12 months contract position. THE ROLE: * Responsible for application-specific documentation, including workflows, templates, creating and managing projects, assigning document deliverables, assigning tasks & adapting validation LCD's into the valgenesis application. * Ensuring the System meets the needs of the users. * Monitors applications for readiness, availability, and trend analysis. * Identifies and resolves application inconsistencies and defects. * Logs application support incidents and prepares appropriate resolution plans. * Provides end-user support for assigned applications including troubleshooting problems at the application level. REQUIREMENTS: * BS/BA in related field and minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferred, will substitute relevant industry experience for educational requirement. * Proficient in Valgenesis Application. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Excellent customer facing skills. * Comfortable delivery training to small groups.
