Learning & Development Specialist. Are you an experienced Learning & Development professional who is now looking for a new challenge? Our client, a highly successful & rapidly expanding financial services multinational are now expanding their L&D/training function & looking to hire a talented, energetic & ambitious individual to take ownership of projects & help drive this growth. The Job : As a key part of the HR Operations team you will be responsible for designing & delivering just-in-time learning solutions, supporting strategic training goals & building on/enhancing the current training/L&D processes & tools to ensure best in class standards. You will also be responsible for partnering with internal & external stakeholders to support the training needs, conduct on-going reviews/audits of programmes & apply new methodologies to the training team. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified in HR, training/L&D or a related field. 2-3+ years experience in a similar level training/L&D specialist role ideally gained within a large corporate or multinational environment. Excellent IT skills & knowledge of training tools/methodologies. Creative approach to learning design & problem solving. Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on training/L&D projects. The Offer : This position is being offered on an initial 8 month contract basis but with potential for extension or long-term hire. Salary is fully dependant on candidates skills/experience but will be a premium on current market rates. ***Please note this role will be a hybrid mix of in-office & work from home so could suit candidates willing to commute from outside the Clare/Limerick region.
