Description

Accounts Assistant required to work in Limerick, working within the Finance department you will be responsible for some of the following duties : Supplier Statement reconciliations using Sage System. Send invoices to managers and department heads for approval and monitor return of same. Post approves invoices to Sage in an accurate and timely manner. Periodic payment runs. Liaise with various stakeholders to resolve invoice queries. Payroll Support , obtain weekly timesheet check for accuracy and appropriate approval. Enter details of weekly premiums to a central data base for payment. Track Employee leave Sick, Maternity, parental etc. Liaise with relevant people to address queries HR, Unit person in charge etc. Administrative support to the pensions team. Skills and Experience. 1-2 years experience working in an Accounts admin role. Proficient in MS Office particularly excel. Working knowledge of Sage or other accounting software. Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent Communication and organizational skills. Self-motivated and willing to work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative. To apply.
