HR Generalist. Our client, a Limerick city based financial services multinational are have now engaged exclusively with Cpl to fill a now vacant HR Generalist position on an initial 6 month contract basis. This new role is an ideal opportunity for an existing HR BP or Generalist who is looking for a new challenge or the opportunity to move to into the financial services & technology. The Job : Reporting to the EMEA HR Manager & acting as a key part of the HR team, the successful candidate will take ownership of duties across the HR spectrumincluding employee relations, L&D/training, payroll & comps/bens support, implementing new HR processes/procedures & delivering complex HR metrics & reports to management teams both in Limerick & internationally. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified (or above) in a HR or related discipline. 2-3+ years relevant HR experience in a HR Generalist or similar role ideally within a multinational services environment. Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels. Strong IT & reporting skills. The Offer : This position is being offered on an initial contract of 6mths & salary will depend on experience but is expected to be approx. 50k. ***Please note this role will be primarily office based so candidates would need to be based or move to the Limerick region.
