Credit Control Specialist. Our client, a market-leading company in the Engineering Services sector in the Limerick region, have a requirement for an experienced Credit Control Specialist to join their growing Limerick Office. Reporting in to the Finance Manager in Limerick, the successful candidate will play a key role within the finance department where you will be working as part ofa successful & ambitiousteam. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join a growing company & to further grow & develop their career in the multinational sector. Key Duties Required : Ensure the effective collection, control & administration of outstanding invoices to the company within credit terms. Management of multi-currency ledgers and key corporate customer accounts. Arrange credit checks on new customers and agree payment terms. Monitor aged debt and have ownership of overdue invoices. Dealing with customer queries as they arise. Running weekly and monthly KPI reports for senior management. Assisting with month end & accounts/finance duties as required. Skills/Experience Required : 2-3+ years relevant experience in a busy Accounts Receivable/credit control department. Experience working in a multinational environment would be advantageous. Strong IT, administration and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive and pro-active attitude. The Offer : This is an initial 12 month contract to permanent role & salary will depend on candidate skills/experience but is expected to range approx. 30-33k + benefits. This is also a hybrid role with a 2-3 per week in-office/work from home balance.
