Finance Specialist. This newly created role is an excellent opportunity for an eager Finance Specialist who is looking to gain valuable experience with a rapidly expanding company. This is a Limerick based engineering organisation which is a leading company in the worldwide. The Job : Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will be part of an energetic finance team based in the head office in Limerick. You will cover a range of duties including the processing of invoices and expenses, reconcile daily, weekly and yearly reports, gain good knowledge of transactions and understanding of the internal company systems and completion & submission of tax returns. In addition to the above you will also engage with suppliers on product/service deliveries, prepare reports for management teams & monitor maintenance schedules across a diverse property portfolio. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified ideally. 2+ years experience in a corporate or multinational level accounts role. A further qualification in accounts/finance would be an advantage. Excellent inter-personal skills, ability to multi-task and positive attitude. Keen attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritise workload and meet guidelines. The Offer : This position is a permanent role with salary depending on candidate skills & experience but expected to range up to approx. 35k.
