Sales Order Specialist German. Are you a fluent German & English speaker, ideally with strong experience in customer support & sales order management? Our client, a highly successful US multinational company are now expanding & have engaged with Cpl to recruit a German speaking Sales Order Specialist to join their European services team. Although the company is headquartered in the Shannon/Limerick region, this role can be fully remote/work from home to suit potential candidates anywhere in Ireland. The Job: As a Sales Order Specialist, you will support key business/corporate customers across German & English-speaking markets handling duties such as product & service enquiries, managing quotation processes, generate business/sales leads, assisting in product marketing, trend analysis & all related administration tasks. Your Skills/Experience that we need: 3rd level degree/qualification in business/commerce would be an advantage. 1-2+ years' experience in customer service or sales support/order management role. Fluency in German & English is essential. Ability in a 3rd language would be an advantage. Proven ability to interact with colleagues & clients at all levels & deliver excellent customer service. The Offer: This role is a permanent contract & a starting salary of approx. 30-32k depending on skills/experience. Other Benefits: This role is expected to be fully remote/WFH. 26 days holidays.
