Grade V Clerical Officer- Limerick
Grade V Clerical Officer / Senior Office Assistant required to work in Limerick, This role is a contract for the duration of 6 months. The Grade V Clerical Officer will report to the Services Manager & you will be responsible for some of the following duties: Assist the Services manager with support for running the department which is a team of 20 staff. Support the team around systems use, excellent working knowledge of MS Office to include advanced level skills in Outlook, Word and PowerPoint and at least intermediate level skills in Excel is essential. Ensuring that SLAs are met with client needs. Must have strong minute taking abilities. Strong problem solving abilities essential. Work in a busy fast paced operations environment. Skills / experience. Minimum Level 6 qualification in Business Management, Business Administration, Secretarial Administration or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. Willingness to assume significant responsibility, ownership and accountability. Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly. Payroll & accounts exposure would be an advantage. Interpersonal skills that enable you to work with people at all levels. Ability to work within a team environment and be self-motivated. To apply.
