Receptionist duties - the face of the business. Typing letters, emails, mailshots etc. Dealing with daily telephone calls, enquiries and management of messages. Dealing with staff on a daily basis. Screening post and prioritisation. What Skills You Need. Professional and polite manner. Pleasant and outgoing personality. Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Highly organised and detail oriented. Independent problem-solving skills. Excellent typing skills. Proficient in all Microsoft Packages. Good time-keeping. Ability to prioritise work. Whats on offer?
