A Metrology Engineer is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Limerick based multinational client for a 12-month contract. The ideal candidate will minimum qualification of Level 8 in Optics, Physics, Engineering or equivalent technical degree with 5+ years' experience a regulated manufacturing environment. THE ROLE: * High level Metrology equipment deployment and lifecycle management. * Automation and integration of complex Metrology equipment to a 24/7 operations environment. * Lifecycle management of existing equipment and development of new technologies. * Project management of complex metrology projects across multiple departments and equipment vendors. * Integration of Metrology equipment to laboratory management systems to assure data integrity. REQUIREMENTS: * Level 8 degree in a related discipline. * 5 years experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. * Expertise in Windows 10 in Metrology an advantage.
