HR Director - Global. Are you a senior level HR professional with proven experience up to HR Director or senior HR Manager level? Our client, a global multinational in the software & technology sector are now expanding across all markets & territories & are now crearting a HR Director role to support this growth.  This client is partnering exclusively with Cpl to source an outstanding HR candidate to join the team, lead this new phase of growth & act as part of the overall global leadership team. The Job : Reporting to the CEO. the successful candidate will take ownership of the HR function globally & cover duties including leading HR & change projects, implementing new HR processes across all territories, ensuring the L&D team are best in class, internal succession planning to executive level & engaging with colleagues & external stakeholders on all relevant senior level HR duties. This new HR Director will also take a hands-on overview of global recruitment including the hiring & on-boarding of highly skilled colleagues. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified (or above) in a HR or related discipline. 3+ years HR Director or 5+ years HR Manager level experience within a multinational or globally focused environment. Experience gained in the software or IT/technology industry would be an advantage. Ability in French or managing HR operations in France would be an advantage.  Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels. Strong IT skills. Proven understanding & experience in HR project management, recruitment & employee relations engagement in diverse locations & countries. The Offer : This position is being offered as a permanent role with salary range depending on experience but expected to be approx. 100-120k + benefits. ***Please note this role will be primarily remote/WFH but ideally candidates will be within a reasonable commute of the Limerick/Shannon region or able to come here 1-2 days per week on average.
