Senior Financial Accountant. Are you a senior level Financial Accountant with strong FP&A experience from your career to date who is now looking for a new challenge? Our client, a global software & technology services multinational with their EMEA HQ in Limerick, are now expanding their finance leadership team & have engaged Cpl to recruit a dynamic & driven accountant to help lead a significant period of upcoming expansion. The Job : Reporting to the Financial Controller & CFO, you will be a key part of the global finance team & will focus on the preparation of budget forecasts & annual accounts for presentation to senior management. manage interactions between the finance & commercial operations teams, lead complex KPI/metrics analysis projects & identify areas of potential cost savings. In addition to the above, you will also evaluate budget systems/processes, lead the implementation of new systems & efficiency tools, & support/mentor colleagues across the team both in Ireland & abroad. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified. Fully qualified accountant with at least 4-5+ years post-qualification experience. Experience gained in a similar FP&A role, or in the IT/technology sector, would be an advantage. Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications. Power BI or NetSuite experience would be an advantage. Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on projects across diverse teams. The Offer : This position is being offered as a permanent position & salary on offer will depend on skills/experience of the candidate but is expected to be approx. 65-75k. There is a full benefits package with this role also of pension, health cover, life assurance, etc. etc. Also please note this role will be a hybrid mix of in-office & WFH so could also suit candidates outside the immediate Limerick city/Mid-West region.
