Our client, a global multinational with their European operations centre in Limerick, are now expanding their business intelligence/analysis group & have a requirement for a Workforce and Business Analyst to to join the organisation & help support upcoming expansion & major projects. The Job : As a key part of the team & reporting to the head of operations planning, your role will focus on workforce capacity planning & operations team rota scheduling, building & implementing new quality control tools, analysing upcoming business levels to help support recruitment planning & preparing in-depth KPI reports for management teams across diverse divisons. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified in a relevant discipline. 2-3+ years experience in a business analysis or business intelligence reporting focused role. Strong knowledge & experience in using data analysis & reporting tools. Proven experience in project, change & systems implementation. Excellent problem solving ability. The Offer : This permanent job is being offered with a salary of 35-40k depending on skills & experience.
