You will be "hands on" proven at working in a creative team, using your initiative and supporting Executive Head Chef in operating Kitchen to new C-19 regulations and guidelines, You need to be motivated, flexible, efficient and results focused. Hotel is very popular in the region and has excellent reputation for food quality and service. Hotel has busy outlets and large Banqueting business as it's a very popular Wedding destination.
