Our Client is a leading 4* Hotel in Co Limerick. We are currently recruiting an experienced Deputy or Operations Manager with 4 years experience in a similar role. Hotel has several beautifully appointed Food and Beverage Outlets and a popular Conference/Banqueting suite with a range of meeting, Leisure and Wedding facilities. The opportunity is to manage all operations aspects of the Hotel, taking both a strategic overview and an active operational approach to the role, manage and coordinate the Department Heads and their teams and review and improve standards and service on a continual basis. Ideal Deputy General Manager candidates will have a good business experience in busy 4/5* F & B properties, naturally you will be highly organised and motivated with a passion for supporting your team in training and ongoing professional development. Obviously you need a keen eye for attention to detail and you will expect and deliver the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest relations. Proven relevent Financial Management experience in this role is required. Experience in the Irish luxury Hotel market preferred, applicants require current legal status to live and work in Ireland, no Work Permit is available.
