Our client, a high profile IT & technology services multinational based in Limerick city are now looking to hire a talented, energetic & ambitious individual to join their HR team to cover an upcoming contract period of 11 months (but with strong longer term potential) so if you're interested, please apply! The Job : As a key part of the HR team & reporting directly to the a senior HR Business Partner, you will be tasked with providing a wide range of HR operations support to the organisation including on-boarding new hires, administering the HR comps/bens database & updating employee files, resolving employee queries, supporting HR change & new process projects, analysing recruitment trends & partnering with operations managers on their HR needs. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualifiedin HR or business/commerce with a HR specialisation. 1-2+ years experience in a similar level HR Administrator or supportrole within a multinational or large-scale corporate environment. Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications, particularly Excel. Excellent attention to detail & inter-personal skills. Proven ability to support projects across diverse teams & locations. The Offer : This position is being offered as an initial 11 month contract position with salary up to 30k.
