Customer Account Manager - German or Dutch. Are you a fluent German or Dutch & English speaker, ideally with strong experience in customer support & sales order management? Our client, a highly successful US multinational technology services company are now expanding & are looking to recruit for a German or Dutch speaking Customer Account Manager to join their European services team in their Limerick office on a permanent basis. The Job : As a Customer Account Manager, you will support key business/corporate customers across German or Dutch & English speaking markets handling duties such as resolving service level enquiries, uploading & managing key client data, KPI analysis & reporting, arranging product or service updates, assisting the client management team & resolving all related administration tasks & project related duties. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree/qualification in business/commerce would be an advantage. 1-2+ years' experience in fast-pacedcustomer service or sales support/order management environment. Fluency in Germanor Dutchis essential, as well as English. Proven ability to interact with colleagues & clients at all levels & deliver excellent customer service. The Offer : This role is a permanent position with salary level depending on skills & experience but is expected to be in 27-30k approx + a full benefits package.
