Job Advertised 23rd March 2021. Stores Person / Shipping Assistant  Our client is an established multinational based in Raheen Limerick & as part of their expansion they are urgently looking to hire a Stores person who has a fork lift licence with strong IT administration skills. Working in a team environment you will be responsible for some of the following tasks: Unload trucks with the forklift, Forklift drops pallets to the doorway, Use of pallet truck to drag into final position. Open each box and verify contents, Process paper work in SAP on computer. Relocate items for delivery or for storage. Typically have over 100 different shipments daily. Process queries from Finance. Ordering all chemicials and Gasses for the week. Unload chemicial and Gas trucks as they arrive. Verify all items and process paperwork on SAP on the Computer. Unpack all pallets and put stock on shelves. Manual handling and using the forklift. Pick and Delivery of Spare Parts as Required by the Engineering Dept. Hours of work. Week 1 Monday to Friday 8.00 to 4.00pm. Week 2 flexi week Monday to Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday 4.00pm to Midnight. Skills/ experience. 2-3 years experience working in Stores / warehouse within a multinational company. Strong administration skills using MS Office, SAP or Oracle systems. Valid Forklift licence.
