Our Client is a Golf Club and 4* Hotel in Co Limerick. We are currently recruiting an experienced Head Chef for the Golf Club with 3 years experience in a similar role. The property has 2 Food and Beverage Outlets and a Conference/banqueting suite catering for Functions and special Events. Client will also consider experienced Sosu Chef for role. The opportunity is to manage the overall Kitchen and influence the Food operation of the property, taking a "hands on" approach to the role, manage and coordinate the team to deliver excellent food experience for members, Guests and visitors, coordinating menus, taking responsibility for ordering, staffing, menu development HACCP etc. Ideal Head Chef will have good business experience in busy Club or 4* Hotel, naturally you will be highly organised and motivated with a passion for Training and professional development. You need a keen eye for attention to detail and you will expect and deliver the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest relations. Proven relevent Financial Management experience in this role is required.
