We are currently recruiting a Sales & Marketing for a 4* Hotel in the Limerick region. Recruitment process in now active, start date for the role TBC re C-19. This is an important management position in the Company and you will play a pivotal role in the success of the overall sales and marketing performance of the business. Responsibilities include: Develop and agree budget with General Manager. Implement the overall sales and marketing plan for the hotel. Devise and implement Social Media and Digital marketing strategies. Building ongoing relationships with clients to increase revenue for the hotel. Liaising with GM and FOM on strategy in order to maximise sales potential. Review and develop sales plans for all revenue centres, Rooms, Leisure Club, Banqueting, Conferencing, Food and Beverage Departments. Represent the Hotel at all relevent events in the region. Overseeing office procedures to follow up on all enquiries and convert. Become the point of contact for all event organisers, Wedding couples, meeting bookers and other potential clients. Develop Calendar of Events and themed promotions for the Hotel. Work closely with Front Office and Revenue Manager on Room rates / yield. Review, maintain and continually update Website and other media platforms. Protect the Brand, review and coordinate all print material, logo use etc. Attend weekly operations and Sales strategy meeting. The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar environment. Hotel Sales and Marketing Management experience is essential. Ideally, experience of the Limerick / Midwest region. A proven sales track record. Complete computer literacy and attention to detail. Own Car with full driving license is required.
