Our Client is a 4* Hotel in Co Limerick. We are currently recruiting an experienced Food and Beverage Ops Manager with 3 years experience in a similar role. Hotel has 2 Food and Beverage Outlets and a Conference/banqueting suite catering for Functions and special Events. The opportunity is to manage all Food and Beverage aspects of the Hotel, taking a "hands on" approach to the role, manage and coordinate the Department Heads and their teams and review and improve standards and service on an ongoing basis. Ideal Food and Beverage Manager will have a good business experience in busy 3/4* F & B properties, naturally you will be highly organised and motivated with a passion for Training and professional development. Obviously you need a keen eye for attention to detail and you will expect and deliver the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest relations.
