Technical Sales Engineer. Our client, a global engineering equipment & services provider to the manufacturing multinational sector, are now expanding their team in Limerick & are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join the organisation. The Job : As a key part of the sales leadership team, you will be responsible for managing key corporate/multinational level clients across Ireland in industry sectors such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices, high precision electronics & food production. You will deliver on complex sales tenders & pricing negotiations, grow & develop relationships with clients, undertake detailed market/competitor analysis & mentor/lead the wider sales engineering team. In addition to the above, you will also represent the company at industry events & conferences, support client technical training programmes, source new business, implement sales process improvements & support the wider operations management team. Your Skills & Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified, ideally in an engineering or technical field. 5-6+ years in a relevant client focused technical sales or engineering role. Excellent technical knowledge & ability to manage complex client needs across multiple sectors. Excellent interpersonal skills & ability to engage with customers at strategic levels. Strong IT knowledge & ability to multitask. The Offer : The is a full time/permanent position with base salary, depending on experience/qualifications, of approx. 60-70k + full benefits.
