Media Specialist. . Are you an experienced Media Specialist with at least 2-3+ years proven, broad based experience in video, photo & audio production, editing & creating highly engaging content from your career so far? Our client, a highly successful global manufacturing multinational based in Co. Limerick are now looking to hire a talented, energetic & ambitious individual to join their team on an initial 2 year contract so if youre interested, please apply! The Job : As a key part of the Knowledge Management team, you will be tasked with managing multiple video, e-learning & photographic projects through all stages of production. You will script, shoot, edit & produce materials, you will capture & document production activities across the site & bring these unique concepts to life. Additional specialised projects will also include amongst others: producing training/e-learning materials in conjunction with the HR team, creating plant & company information videos for key stakeholders, delivering equipment/installation updates & environmental awareness content creation for external purposes. Your Skills/Experience that we need : Fully proficient in using digital video cameras, audio, lighting equipment & editing platforms. Proven ability to think creatively, identify the best visual approach for each project & deliver engaging content. Ability to manage multiple projects on an on-going basis. Strong inter-personal skills & ability to collaborate & get the best out of people, both colleagues on-site & external partners/stakeholders. 2-3 years experience in a similarly creative video & photography based position. Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver on projects within timelines & budgets. The Offer : This position is being offered on an initial 2 year contract basis with salary depending on candidate skills & experience but expected to be approx. 34-39k with an excellent benefits package including pension, health cover & a host of other minor benefits & allowances.
