We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pastry Chef for a leading 4* Hotel in the Co Limerick. The ideal candidate must have minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar role within a busy 4/5 star Hotel and have previous outlets dining and Banqueting experience. Your role is to manage overall pastry Kitchen team preparing. planning and serving Restaurant, Private Dinning, Bar food and special Events including Weddings and Banquets.  You should have previous HACCP experience and must be able to produce and serve a wide range of delicious homemade Breads, scones, pastries, cakes, tarts, desserts, afternoon tea treats etc. You need to assist in food ordering, weekly rostering and general Kitchen operations, monthly stock control, team training and support for the Executive Chef in his role. EU Passport or Stamp 4 Required, no Work Permit availabel for this role....
