This position is with a progressive company offering accountancy services and financial advice. We are currently seeking a trainee accountant/part qualified accountant to work as part of a team whose duties would include: General ledger maintenance on accountancy package. Preparing and processing journals on accountancy package. Bank and Cash Reconciliations. Matching delivery dockets to invoices. Invoice processing. Monthly creditor reconciliations (Accounts Payable. Issuing supplier payments. Debtors Reconciliations. Weekly reporting to client highlighting Key Performance Indicators. Preparing cashflows for Retailers and advising on same. Periodic statutory returns (Vat, Environmental Levy. Assisting account manager with preparation of quarterly management accounts including preparing accruals and prepayments.
