Description

Customer Service with Dutch. Location: Limerick City. Contract type: Permanent. Reporting into: Customer Support Team Leader. Working hours: Monday to Friday, typically 7.30 / 8am to 4 / 4.30pm. The successful applicant will work in a busy and friendly Customer Service team, supporting European customers with their queries and orders. Dutch Customer Service Job Responsibilities: Process order transactions accurately and efficiently using good attention to detail. Provide a high level of customer support to all customers and attempting to resolve issues promptly. Liaise with couriers and manufacturing plants regarding order queries. Work closely with other internal teams including; Sales, Inventory and Logistics. Experience and character needed to do the job: Previous experience in a global or corporate customer service environment. Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written. Great telephone manner. Friendly team player, approachable and lovely to work with! Excellent data entry skills. Confidence with using Word and IT systems.
