EMEA Payroll Manager. Our client, one of Irelands leading manufacturing multinational employers in the medical devices sector are undergoing a period of growth & restructuring within their global finance teams & are now actively recruiting for an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to join the finance shared services leadership team. The Job : Reporting to the Director of Global Shared services based in Limerick, you will be a key part of the Financial team & be responsible for developing & driving the EMEA payroll strategy, leading the implementation of regional payroll solutions, identifying & implementing process controls & new solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance as well as leading & motivating your small team. In addition to the above you will also engage with outsourced payroll partners, align EMEA payroll with global projects & support colleagues across the region in their payroll related duties. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified. Further accounting/finance or payroll specific qualification (IPASS or similar) would be a significant advantage. 6+ years experience in a similar internationally focused or multinational level Payroll management position. Strong project management experience & ability to work with colleagues across diverse teams & locations. Excellent IT skills, including a high level of ability in Excel, metrics reporting & attention to detail are required.  The Offer : This senior level position is being offered on a permanent basis with salary level depending on skills & experience but expected to be between 70-90k or potentially highe r for candidates with particularly strong experience. There is also an excellent benefits package of pension, health cover, bonus, educational assistance & wellness packages. **Please note that due to the dispersed nature of the workforce, the company will be offering the possibility of remote working on a long-term basis with the need to only be in the office in Limerick 2-3 days per week on average so would not require a full relocation if you are outside the Limerick area.
