Store Manager - Limerick. Our client, a successful and expanding retail chain is seeking to recruit a Retail Store Manager for their new store in Limerick. Operating worldwide and due to their success in Ireland, Our client plans for a further 30 store openings over the next couple of years. Excel recruitment are looking to hear from Retail leaders with 2 / 3 years retail management experience in a high volume fast paced retail environment. As the Retail Store Manager you will be the driver for the successful operations of the store. Leading, motivating and encouraging a strong sales team to deliver the stores KPI's and ensuring best practice in customer service. This is great job opportunity for an ambitious and experienced manager looking to for a career. Key responsibilities for the job of Store Manager include. Lead, motivate and develop a strong sales team, ensuring excellent operational standards are delivered at all times. Ensure excellence in terms of service and standards. Ensure the stores P&L is in line with the company plan achieving all KPI's. Oversee budgets, stock and profits and ensure correct plan of action where required. Develop yourself and your team at all times, ensuring best place to work ethos. Skills and experience required for this job. 2-3 years retail management experience within a volume retailer. Passionate, energetic and drive to succeed. People leadership skills essential. Strong KPI and P&L management experience. Package. Basic Salary. Pension. Bonus. 37.5 hour working week.
