HR Business Partner. Are you an experienced HR Business Partner or Generalist, ideally with 4+ years proven experience within the multinational or large corporate sector, who is now ideally looking for a new challenge? Our client, a market leading US multinational in the Limerick region are now urgently recruiting to fill a 12 month contract position. The Job : As a HR Business Partner, you will act as a key part of the Limerick & European HR team & partner with departmental managers & colleagues across the business. You will also plan & deliver HR strategies, lead HR projects, support employee training/coaching to senior level, resolve employee queries & IR/ER issues, manage recruitment & provide in-depth HR reports & metrics to leadership teams. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree/qualification in a HR or a related discipline. 4+ years HR experience, ideally in a Generalist tor Business Partner role within a multinational or large corporate environment. Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels. SAP or other ERP system experience would be an advantage.  The Offer :  This position is being offered as an initial contract with of 12 months. Salary range will depend on experience but expected to be up to approx. 55k with additional benefits.
