Careerwise Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Senior HR Manager for a leading company based in the Mid-Western Region. If you are a Strategic HR Manager then this is the position for you. THE ROLE: * Responsible for the management of the HR Functional Team. * Partner with Business Leaders to develop and maintain a positive employee relations culture and ensure that employees are engaged. Ensure that HR is an effective employee champion. * Partner with Recruitment Team in attracting, recruiting and retaining highly talented employees in line with the site headcount plan and develop a win/win relationship with our recruitment service providers. * Partner with Compensation and Benefits Team in the implementation of effective reward systems such as salary planning, benefit, bonus and recognition programmes. * Partner with Leaders/Managers to ensure the effective performance management of employees. Coach, challenge and support leaders regarding any employee related issues. * Design and implement effect employee communication programmes. * Managing Continuous Improvement & Recognition Programs. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Organisational Development or Business Administration or equivalent is essential. * Minimum of 5 years experience as a Human Resources Manager professional. * Experience with team-based work structures and exposure to business issues and successful implementation of complex programmes is essential.
